Fresh from field testing in Germany our auto friends are rolling out the “Direct Recption” concept in their UK Audi Centres that will “enable Audi customers to view in ‘real time’, and communicate with, technicians as they carry out diagnosis and repair work.” No more wondering if they are twidling their thumbs or riffling through your glove box whilst they should be kicking tyres…
